![]() ![]() The test that they have you take is 2.5-3.5 hours long, although there isn't actually a limit placed on how long you can take on it (i think), but that's how long it takes most who take the test. I have a feeling that it might partially be to guage interest on the applicant's part. It is definitely hard work, and there is an expectation of striving for perfection in everyone, but for the most part, they only pick people who can rise to the task.Regarding the slowness of responses, I ran into that too when I went through the hiring process. It's a very good place to work in that respect, and completely unlike most businesses that I have seen/worked at/heard about. I've been there about 9 months now, and I'm starting to get a feel for what I'm doing.One nice thing about the company that I really like is how well everyone works together. Like waubers said, they pay well, and you do a buttload of training before you actually get started with real work (that 3 months is essentially the amount of time that you are in class 8-9 hours/day learning the language behind the software and actually learning the basics of the software itself (and I do mean basics).
